Please Note:
Due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to curtail, cancel or reschedule tours of the Mandir without any prior notice. Under the circumstances management will make sincere efforts to avoid inconveniences.

Guidelines

The Mandir is a house of God, open to all. In order to maintain the sanctity, visitors are requested to abide by the following rules and regulations applicable in all areas including the Mandir, and the exhibition

ExhibitionDress Code / Shoes

Neat casual attire. No tank tops, shorts, or skirts shorter than knee length. All visitors are required to remove their shoes before entering the Mandir or any part of the Haveli complex. (Shoe racks provided within the complex)

ExhibitionConduct

Please refrain from touching the delicate carvings within the Mandir premises. To maintain the spiritual atmosphere, please observe silence inside the Mandir.



ExhibitionVideo & Photography

Photography and videography inside the Mandir and exhibition is strictly prohibited. A selection of photographs is available in the souvenir shop.



ExhibitionMobile Phones

Please switch off all mobile phones prior to entering the Mandir. Mobile phones with cameras must not be used to take photos.



ExhibitionSmoking

No smoking on the premises including parking lot. Please dispose of cigarettes in the bin provided, prior to entering the gates.

No pets allowed within complex. (Service dogs allowed in most areas, except sacred spaces used for silent prayer and meditation.)

No food, drink or chewing gum allowed on the Mandir.

Parking

Free car parking available

Security
For the safety of all visitors, various security measures are in place. Visitors are advised to leave all bags and cameras in their cars or alternatively to deposit them in the Security Baggage Cabin in the car park. Remember to collect your items when you leave. Please respect all security procedures.

Donations
If visitors wish to make a donation to maintain the upkeep of the Mandir, cheques should be made payable to 'BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Sanstha'

PLEASE NOTE:
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to those who do not follow the guidelines and to those who may be inappropriately dressed.
All visitors aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times, otherwise entry may be refused.
The management reserves the right to close the Mandir without prior notice.
